Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor for Home2 Perrysburg. This full-time role leads housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years leadership housekeeping experience or equivalent supervisory background.
• High School diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag, gloves and goggles.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis; identify unsafe behaviors and retrain as needed.
• Performs all housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.
• Randomly selects assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness.
• Perform opening and closing shift duties and notify management of repairs.
• Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when required; available nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet objectives.
