Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. The role emphasizes service culture, safety, and guest satisfaction at our Perrysburg, OH property.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned suites and public areas for cleanliness and repair.
• Ensure associates have supplies, equipment and uniforms, including nametags, gloves and goggles.
• Train associates on safety standards and reinforce them consistently; investigate accidents and retrain as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties: making beds, vacuuming, cleaning.
• Verify and update status of discrepant rooms during the shift.
• Randomly inspect assigned rooms for cleanliness.
• Open and close shifts as required.
• Notify GM/Chief Engineer of maintenance needs.
• Monitor hotel cleanliness including parking and exterior entrances.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
