MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee cleaning personnel, ensure units are cleaned efficiently, and uphold our quality standards across properties. You will train staff, report maintenance needs, and maintain a safe work environment at each site.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a passion for cleanliness, and strong motivational skills. Travel is occasional, and the team emphasizes timely, guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• May prep rooms for housekeepers during busy periods.
• May clean rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during peak periods.
• Assist in training of staff and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues per company procedure.
• Inspect and prepare clean units and report them as vacant and ready.
• Inspect units and complete the required reports per week.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
