MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee cleaning personnel, ensuring units are cleaned efficiently and to a high standard. You will supervise staff, uphold the company mission and values, and support guest satisfaction across sites.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train and develop team members, with travel as needed and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A passion for cleanliness.
• Demonstrated motivational skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to train others.
• Travel requirements Resort Operations: Rare — approximately 5% on a quarterly basis.
• Task Force: Frequent — travel is regularly required based on business need.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• May prep rooms for housekeepers during busy periods.
• May clean rooms using MasterCorp's 7-step to clean process during busy periods.
• Assist in the training of staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Culminate strong, positive customer relations and guest satisfaction.
