Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• Prep rooms for housekeepers during peak periods.
• Clean rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during peak periods.
• Assist in staff training for existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues per company procedure.
• Inspect units, report vacancies and readiness.
• Replace kitchen inventory and supplies as needed.
• Maintain storage closets and organize them.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Promote urgency to turn units on time.
• Assist in linen inventories as directed.
• Solve guest complaints promptly.
