Responsibilities

• Obtains lists of rooms to be cleaned and check-outs to prepare work assignments.
• Inventories stock and distributes supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff.
• Proposes improvements for efficient operations and service quality.
• Inspects building for repairs or replacements and advises management.
• Ensures courteous, efficient service at all times.
• Establishes standards and procedures for housekeeping work.
• Records data on assignments, personnel actions, and timecards; prepares reports.
• Investigates and resolves complaints about housekeeping service and equipment.
• Performs other duties as requested by ownership and management.
