Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor for our Findlay, Ohio property. The role supports housekeeping leadership, inspects guest rooms, assists Room Attendants, and provides needed training to ensure standards are met.

In this on-site position you will help supervise staff, maintain appearance, and ensure daily duties are completed efficiently. This role requires hospitality experience and a focus on guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years progressive hotel experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming with proper uniform and name tag.
• Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe, efficient hotel operations.
• Inspect staff performance daily to meet standards and productivity.
• In absence of supervisors, inspect VIP rooms and report availability to Front Office.
• Oversee evening closing and ensure carts are clean and restocked with linen.
• Maintain records of daily assignments and submit on time.
• Assist supervision of Laundry and Housekeeping staff.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure associates are attentive, friendly, and courteous.
• Maintain overall appearance and orderliness of staff.
• Carry pager/radio to stay connected with Front Office/Engineering.
• Oversee daily duty assignments for Room Attendants and House Attendants.
• Monitor supply carts, linen closets, and work areas.
• Report progress of out-of-order rooms to Guest Services daily.
