Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor in Cincinnati to oversee all housekeeping activities, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will supervise staff, conduct inspections, manage supplies, and collaborate with maintenance and front desk to keep operations running smoothly.

Lead with strong communication, maintain safety, and balance guest comfort with asset protection while guiding a team through busy schedules and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Rooms Management or a related management position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and guest service standards.
• Guest Interaction: Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Inventory Management: Manage cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Collaboration: Work with maintenance and front desk to ensure rooms are ready for guests and operations run smoothly.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and spot checks for consistency in cleanliness.
