Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of related supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Verify room status on morning reports and update discrepant rooms.
• Ensure staff report to work and document any late or absent employees.
• Coordinate breaks and distribute assignment sheets to staff.
• Assign room keys and beepers to staff and maintain security of keys.
• Inspect supply levels of floor closets and notify supervisor of shortages.
• Inspect rooms and public areas using checklists after cleaning.
• Provide feedback on staff performance to manager.
• Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving.
• Review status of assignments with manager and follow up as needed.
• Check PM reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct staff training as assigned.
