Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Strong communication skills are essential when interacting with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervises room cleaners to ensure timely housekeeping of guest rooms.
• Checks daily room-cleaning worksheets and notifies front desk of status changes.
• Inspects rooms after cleaning to ensure adherence to standards and reports issues.
