Qualifications

• Strong communication and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests; verify reservation and payment information.
• Accept payment for guest accounts; maintain a house bank.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local area.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs; manage wake-up calls as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel, services, and local attractions.
• Follow company procedures and security policies.
