Stratosphere Gaming, LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead daily housekeeping activities and deliver a guest-ready environment. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure cleanliness standards meet brand expectations while controlling costs.

You’ll translate strategic goals into action, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and gaming policies, delivering exceptional guest service across the property.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Hospitality or Housekeeping operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence, coach, and resolve conflicts across all levels of the organization
• Commitment to a positive, inclusive workplace culture and continuous improvement
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with accountability and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage staff
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives and align teams with goals
• Establish and uphold service standards and guest expectations
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, attendance, and retraining
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and assist in budget planning for housekeeping and uniforms
• Oversee payroll compliance and ensure regulatory adherence
• Ensure compliance with Title 31 and gaming regulations when applicable
• Provide outstanding guest service promptly to guests and colleagues
