Job summary

ubnv is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our North Las Vegas Comfort Inn & Suites. The role reports to the Hotel AGM and supports housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The supervisor acts as a coach and trainer, overseeing interviewing, hiring, training, directing work, and evaluating performance while ensuring policies are followed. Flexible schedule and possible travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality is required.
• Previous housekeeping supervisor or manager on duty experience preferred.
• Experience using Windows-based software including Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Good decision maker with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Superior customer service and ability to work independently.
• May be required to travel and have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping staff as primary supervisor.
• Interview, hire, train, direct work and appraise performance.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Act as manager on duty and support front desk, breakfast, or housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor daily checklists and staffing demands across departments.
• Complete daily/weekly recap reports for leadership and corporate management.
