The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the Environmental Services Department, as assigned by the Director of Environmental Services. This role includes training and supervising housekeeping staff, ordering supplies, approved chemicals, and equipment, assisting with budget preparation, and ensuring departmental operations remain within established budgetary guidelines. The Housekeeping Supervisor also maintains positive relationships with residents and fosters strong morale within the department.

Directly supervises 10–20 employees in the Environmental Services Department and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; recognizing and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
