HEI Hotels & Resorts, owner of the Freehand Chicago, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and uphold high cleanliness standards. You will supervise room cleaning, turndown, and public areas while coaching staff and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of house.
• Distribute assignments and monitor supplies to control costs.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
