Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related hospitality experience.
• Ability to supervise up to 30 employees and manage daily tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality technology.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.
• Familiarity with Forbes/AAA standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and conduct daily room inspections.
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and areas.
• Conduct performance audits per department programs.
• Inspect 20–30 guest rooms per shift and report findings.
• Communicate daily expectations and guest requests to staff.
• Assist with linen and supply inventories as needed.
