Job summary

The Broadmoor is seeking a Housekeeping Training Lead in Colorado Springs to partner with housekeeping leadership in coaching supervisors and staff, enforcing standards, and ensuring safety and brand adherence. You will help develop training projects and provide constructive feedback during inspections.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, with supervisory hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience and/or training; prior Housekeeping supervisory and hospitality experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs with indoor/outdoor work environments.

Responsibilities

• Supports the hiring, training, and re-training of employee process.
• Train the new team members according to the Training Program.
• Communicate with the Training Executive or Building Executive about any challenges.
• Monitor the performance of the new hires and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the Executive Training Manager to create projects and initiatives.
• Provide feedback and coaching on cleaning, hotel standards and safety procedures.
• Execute inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Participate in leadership training and staff presentations.
