Home2 Suites Walpole/Foxboro is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor in Walpole, MA. This full-time, on-site role oversees daily housekeeping operations, assigns tasks, inspects guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards and safety policies are met.

The ideal candidate will train and guide housekeeping and laundry staff, help manage schedules, support inventory control of linens and supplies, and coordinate with front desk and maintenance to deliver a clean, welcoming guest

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with team leadership and scheduling experience.
• Housekeeping expertise including room and public area cleaning procedures.
• Laundry skills including linen processing and inventory rotation.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication with guests and staff.
• Hotel housekeeping or hospitality supervisory experience preferred; ability to stand for long periods.

Starting salary is $47,000 annually.

Role Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Walpole, MA. This position oversees daily housekeeping operations, including assigning and inspecting guest room and public area cleaning to ensure brand standards and safety protocols are met. The Housekeeping Supervisor trains, guides, and evaluates housekeeping and laundry team members, helps manage schedules, and supports inventory control of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment. The role collaborates closely with front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the property. This individual also supports quality audits, adheres to company policies, and promotes a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, performance feedback, and basic scheduling.
• Candidates should possess Housekeeping expertise, including room and public area cleaning procedures, use of cleaning equipment, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess Laundry skills, including handling linen processing, stain treatment, equipment operation, and inventory rotation.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills, including professional guest interaction, conflict resolution, and clear communication with team members and management.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior hotel housekeeping or hospitality supervisory experience, knowledge of brand standards, basic computer literacy, and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
