Job summary

La Quinta Tifton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring rooms meet cleanliness standards and are properly stocked with amenities. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain accurate records in the Property Management System.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to uphold guest satisfaction and hotel safety policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping and laundry teams to meet productivity and quality standards.

• Develop and deliver training for Room and Laundry Attendants.
• Manage supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stocks.
