What You’ll Do

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience top‑notch comfort and cleanliness. Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper, you’ll help manage the housekeeping team, oversee the maintenance of guest rooms and public spaces, and ensure the smooth running of the department. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key in providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Resolve any guest concerns to maintain exceptional stays.
• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the housekeeping team to meet brand and company standards.
• Quality Control: Regularly inspect and evaluate the condition of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Inventory & Supplies Management: Track inventory, order supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure smooth operations.
• Training & Development: Help train and develop all housekeeping and laundry staff to meet high standards.
