Job summary

GF Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering clean, welcoming spaces for guests. This hands-on leadership role focuses on maintaining high standards, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring efficient room turnover.

You will supervise staff, inspect rooms and public areas, train teammates, and collaborate with Front Desk to meet guest requests.

Qualifications

• Must have prior housekeeping or hotel experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are met
• Assign rooms and daily tasks to housekeeping team members
• Train, coach, and support team members to deliver consistent service
• Monitor room status and communicate with Front Desk regarding room readiness
• Address guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly
• Assist with scheduling, attendance, and performance management
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
• Step in and assist the team as needed during busy periods
