Job summary

The Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations. This hands-on role inspects guestrooms and public areas, coordinates room assignments, and supports and trains the housekeeping team to uphold our cleanliness and presentation standards.

You will monitor productivity, ensure timely turnover, and verify that rooms are released to the Front Desk accurately.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department and ensuring guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet The Iron Horse Hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards. This is a hands‑on supervisory position responsible for inspecting guestrooms, coordinating room assignments, supporting and training housekeeping staff, monitoring productivity, and ensuring rooms are released to the Front Desk accurately and on time.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is expected to lead by example and actively support the department as operational needs require.
