Job summary

Hireology is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to manage the operation of the housekeeping and laundry departments in a hotel, promoting an atmosphere of cleanliness and superior guest care. You will oversee cleaning of all public and private spaces and ensure rooms meet hotel standards.

The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork, with expectations to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, delivering a consistently high standard of guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Attention to detail

• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms, and other work areas
• Strip linens from guest rooms
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards
• Refurnish the room with supplies, towels, etc.
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
