OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, inspect rooms and public areas, and ensure brand standards across the department. This role requires active presence on guest floors and back-of-house spaces, with flexibility for weekends and holidays based on operational needs.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high cleanliness and service standards in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of housekeeping experience; supervisory preferred.
• Travel: No travel required; position is property-based.

Mansioni

• Supervise room attendants and housepersons during assigned shifts.
• Assign daily cleaning tasks and ensure timely completion of room assignments.
• Monitor room status and coordinate with front desk for room availability.
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards across housekeeping duties.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues with engineering teams.
• Train new housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback.

• Support inventory control and waste reduction efforts.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
