Job description

Now Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor

Pay: $19 per hour

You are part of the Housekeeping team. As the Housekeeping Room Inspector, you ensure the cleanliness and attractive appearance of guest accommodations and public spaces in accordance with hotel standards. You inspect all rooms, report deficiencies, and ensure they are corrected. Basic knowledge of cleaning principles, products, and equipment is required. Availability to work weekends and holidays is necessary.

You collaborate with team members and other departments to meet high cleanliness and productivity standards, maintain equipment, and enhance guest service levels. As an inspector, you model expected behaviors and actions. Attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, passion for training, and the ability to drive productivity while staying calm during busy periods are critical.

You coach and mentor your team, hold them accountable, and are responsible for the entire housekeeping department. Your duties include onboarding, training, leading, mentoring, performance management, and supporting team development to meet guest needs and company goals.
