Pay: $19 per hour
You are part of the Housekeeping team. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you ensure the cleanliness and attractive appearance of guest accommodations and public spaces in accordance with hotel standards. You will inspect all rooms, report and correct deficiencies, and have a basic knowledge of cleaning principles, products, and equipment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
You will work with your team and other departments to meet high cleanliness and productivity standards, maintain proper functioning of equipment, and enhance guest service levels. As a leader, you model expected behaviors, pay attention to detail, organize effectively, and stay professional and calm during busy periods.
You will coach, mentor, and hold your team accountable, overseeing onboarding, training, performance management, and development, while aligning with guest needs and company goals. Pride in your work and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations are essential.
