Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Florida is seeking a PM Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand standards and guest expectations. The role involves guiding daily operations, scheduling, and safety compliance, with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, including weekends as needed.

You will train, motivate, and support staff, monitor cleanliness, and respond to guest requests promptly.

Formación

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Description

We are hiring a PM Housekeeping Supervisor!

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role behind the scenes-guiding your team and maintaining clean, comfortable spaces that enhance every guest experience.

Schedule:

• 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
