Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and mentor the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams across our Raleigh properties. You will supervise daily assignments, monitor room status, ensure cleanliness standards, and uphold brand expectations, while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with cleaning tasks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor!

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role behind the scenes—guiding your team and maintaining clean, comfortable spaces that enhance every guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.
• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
