Job summary

Concord is seeking a PM Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping, laundry, and support staff in maintaining spotless spaces for guests. You will regularly inspect rooms, train team members, and ensure timely readiness while responding to guest needs with professional service.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

We are hiring a PM Housekeeping Supervisor!

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role behind the scenes—guiding your team andmaintainingclean, comfortable spaces that enhance every guest experience.

Schedule:

• 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.

• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensuretimelyroom readiness.
