Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at our Sarasota-area property. You will supervise housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards.

You will evaluate performance, coach team members, and ensure all required training is completed. Strong communication and adherence to safety procedures are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience overseeing/directing a team.
• Hotel experience a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Housekeeping Supervisor delivers service excellence to our guests and ensures the creation of a larger than home, welcoming experience.
