Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms, restock amenities, and ensure a welcoming environment. You will clean rooms, change linens, and report maintenance issues.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push carts, and work holidays/weekends. You will interact with guests, follow safety procedures, and help uphold our service standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED is preferred.
• Experience: Prior Housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
• Hours: Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Guest interaction: Ability to clearly understand and communicate with guests.
• Physical: Ability to push/pull/lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Mobility: Ability to bend, kneel and stretch.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms as assigned.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and pick up trash.
• Replenish guest amenities/toiletries.
• Load and organize cart, store properly at shift end.
