Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Hyatt Place Delray Beach in Delray Beach, FL. The role oversees daily cleaning operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and service expectations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assigning daily tasks, coaching performance, and maintaining safety and inventory. Weekend availability and hotel experience are preferred to deliver a welcoming, home-like guest experience.

Qualifications

• Follow proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in a guest room.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Housekeeping Supervisor delivers service excellence to our guests and ensures the creation of a larger than home, welcoming experience. This position is responsible for daily supervision of cleaning and assists in administration of Housekeeping services in safe and efficient manner.

General Requirements:

• Able to work most weekends and holidays.
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform.

Experience: Previous experience overseeing/directing a team. Hotel experience a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Occasional lifting, pushing and pulling.
