Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Room Attendant to deliver exceptional service and maintain clean, comfortable, inviting guest areas. You will clean rooms, restock amenities, and ensure carts are organized while abiding by safety standards.

The role requires the ability to handle physical tasks, work holidays/weekends, and communicate with guests to resolve needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests clearly.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms as assigned.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and trash.
• Load and organize cart; return at shift end.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues.
