Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness and respond to guest requests with care and urgency, supporting a positive guest experience.

The role requires the ability to lift, push, and maneuver heavy items, including carts, and to work holidays and weekends as needed. Excellent communication with guests is essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is preferred.
• Prior Housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
• Hours may include holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/maneuver cart up to 250 lbs.
• Able to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Clear understanding and communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms as assigned.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop and trash collection.
• Replenish guest amenities and toiletries.
• Load and organize cart; store properly after shift.
• Receive keys and assigned rooms return at end of shift.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues.
