The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, coaching and counseling employees, resolving guest complaints, handling general office duties, and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year hotel housekeeping experience required
• Prior housekeeping supervisor experience preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights
• Attention to cleanliness detail
• Able to walk and stand throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and devices
• Open availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
