Position Overview

The Housekeeping Team Leader is responsible for supervisory duties within the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling employees, resolving guest complaints, and handling general office duties. Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and prior supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Indonesian citizen, preferably graduated from a Hospitality major
  • Previous experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera Fidelio
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and team-oriented
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Indonesian
