Overview

Presbyterian Homes & Services - GracePointe Crossing is seeking a Part Time Housekeeping Services Assistant / Laundry Assistant for its team.

Schedule available:

  • Laundry days - 6AM - 1:30PM | Housekeeping days - 7AM - 2:30PM | 7 days per pay period, includes every other weekend & holidays

Reporting Structure: The Housekeeping Services Assistant reports directly to the Housekeeping Services Manager.

Responsibilities

The housekeeping staff maintains cleanliness in work areas, buildings, and grounds, ensuring an attractive and comfortable environment in compliance with regulations and policies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General cleaning, floor care, sanitizing, polishing, waste removal, stocking supplies, window cleaning, laundry collection and management, linen and clothing washing/drying/distribution, ironing, inspection, communication with residents/families, and other duties as assigned.
  • Replenishing supplies and ensuring equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly.
Qualifications
  • Flexibility, integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, families, visitors, and the public.
  • Ability to follow directions, prioritize, and organize work with others.
  • Alignment with PHS's mission and philosophies.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
Pay Range

Estimated starting pay is $16.32 - $20.09 per hour, depending on qualifications and market conditions.
