The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience and 4+ years in support services with strong communication, budgeting awareness, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and scheduling with budgeting awareness.
• CRCST or related sterile processing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Assists with housekeeper scheduling and staffing.
• Plans and coordinates project work in the EVS department.
• Attends staff meetings and participates in training.
• Provides guidance and motivation to employees.
