• Coordinate with Executive Housekeeper and supervisors for daily operations.
• Assess room inventory, assign cleaning tasks and inspect rooms for quality.
• Verify and report room status and discrepancies.
• Monitor linen rooms, carts and inventories.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and repairs.
• Perform duties of Room Attendant, Houseperson or laundry as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and address issues to ensure a positive stay.

Job Duties

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons in a designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Work with Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor and others to support the daily operation of the department, including opening/closing of the office, leading morning stand up meetings and communicating with the Front Desk.
• Assess room inventory, assign rooms for cleaning and inspect rooms.
• Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.
• Monitor linen rooms, carts and designated inventories.
• Coordinate with Engineering Department to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform Room Attendant, Houseperson or laundry duties as needed.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner, answer their questions and address any issues with the team to ensure the guest’s stay is a positively memorable experience.
