Noble House Hotels & Resorts – Mission Bay Resort in San Diego is seeking a Room Attendant. You will help keep guest rooms sparkling and deliver a memorable stay for our guests, working as part of our housekeeping team. Ideal candidates have experience in a full-service hotel, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to cover day, night, weekends and holidays. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar size, full-service hotel (upscale preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Room Attendant to our Mission Bay Family.

The JOB

As a Room Attendant you will have the opportunity to make the hotel shine! Our Room Attendants are the backbone of the hotel and work diligently to maintain the cleanliness of our guest rooms. The Housekeeping Room Attendant is a crucial role in which you directly impact the guests stays and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

Requirements

To excel in this position, we are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The role of Room Attendant requires a keen attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to others.

• Have experience in a similar size hotel. We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale hotel.
