Lefferts in Miami Beach is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations across residential, guest, and common areas. You will lead the housekeeping team, set standards, schedule inspections, manage supplies and inventory, and partner with the General Manager to maintain a clean, welcoming property.

This exempt role requires strong leadership, reliability, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on resident and guest service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in housekeeping, hospitality, condominium, residential, or property operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience managing housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, linen inventories, staff schedules, and quality inspections preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily housekeeping and cleanliness of residential, guest, common, and back-of-house areas.
• Establish and maintain housekeeping standards, procedures, schedules, and inspection processes.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
• Coordinate housekeeping assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor supplies, linens, equipment, and inventory and coordinate replenishment.
