Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are guest-ready in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will coordinate room assignments, track status, and liaise with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and leadership to maintain smooth hotel operations. The role emphasizes organization, teamwork, and a guest-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or hotel operations.
• Experience with operational reporting and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and status updates.
• Maintain communication between Housekeeping and Front Office to support operations.
• Track room status, arrivals, departures, VIP rooms, and priorities.
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping communications promptly.
• Assist with reporting, scheduling support, inventory tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain logs, work orders, and inspection updates accurately.
• Support onboarding and daily department organization for housekeeping leadership.
• Monitor supplies, linen inventory, and equipment as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of housekeeping spaces and offices.
• Support VIP arrivals and group business coordination as needed.
