Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, administrative, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using hotel operational systems, PMS systems, housekeeping management software, Microsoft Office, or reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments, room status updates, operational communication, and workflow support.
• Maintain communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and hotel leadership teams.
• Track guest room status, arrivals, departures, VIP rooms, out-of-order rooms, and housekeeping priorities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, operational concerns, radio calls, and communication needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks including reporting, data entry, scheduling support, inventory tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain housekeeping logs, work orders, lost and found records, and room inspection updates.
