Sonesta International Hotels Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and tasks are organized and completed efficiently. You will collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and hotel leadership to ensure smooth operations and guest readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, or hotel operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with hotel operational systems and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and status updates.
• Maintain communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and hotel leadership teams.
• Track guest room status, arrivals and departures, VIP rooms, and priorities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, data entry, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain housekeeping logs, work orders, and inspection updates.
