Qualifications

• High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assign rooms to Guestroom Attendants and support daily housekeeping operations.
• Dispatch Houseman and Runners on requests and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Serve as main point of contact for housekeeping team and ensure shift coverage.
