Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to manage room status, prioritize cleaning, and support daily operations at our property. You will liaise with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to ensure smooth, timely service for departing guests and ongoing room readiness.

You will also prepare staff assignments, monitor 'Do Not Disturb' rooms, and help ensure safety policies and professional standards are upheld across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Follow all safety and security policies and complete required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Assist Housekeeping management in coordinating daily activities and allocating tasks.
• Coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry as a liaison.
• Prepare and distribute assignment sheets/workboards to Housekeeping staff.
