Job summary

Cornerstone Hospitality is seeking an experienced and hands-on Hotel Housekeeping Manager for our Hawthorne property. This full-time role requires leading, training, and supervising the housekeeping team to deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests while improving audit scores.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and inventory, coordinate with other departments, and drive guest satisfaction. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; travel and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a hospitality leadership role.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping systems and software (HMS, OPERA, FOSSE, VMS).
• Bachelor's or equivalent preferred in Hospitality or Business.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required; travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team daily.
• Develop and execute improvement plans to raise scores.
• Organize and prepare employee schedules for all shifts.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and support.
• Manage budgets and inventory for the department.
• Prepare for QA inspections and ensure brand compliance.
