Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and guest ready. You will support staffing, scheduling, training, and quality control while maintaining strong interdepartmental communication.

The role focuses on leadership, hands-on supervision, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations and manage room assignments.

• Maintain inventory of linens, chemicals and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and brand standards.
• Resolve guest requests and housekeeping related concerns.
• Support deep cleaning projects and operational improvements.
• Communicate room readiness and updates to the front office.
• Assist with scheduling, performance management and staff development.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports and departmental records.
