Job summary

Dimension Hospitality in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations, lead rooms and public area teams, and ensure that guest rooms and spaces are clean, safe, and guest ready.

You will train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping, laundry, and house person staff; inspect rooms for quality; manage inventories; uphold safety and brand standards; and coordinate with front office to communicate readiness and guest requests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and workflow
• Train, supervise, and support housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality
• Maintain inventory of linens, chemicals, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Resolve guest requests and housekeeping related concerns
• Support deep cleaning projects and operational improvements
• Communicate room readiness and updates to the front office
• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and staff development
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and departmental records
