Located in downtown Springfield, near the Bank of Springfield Center and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum and Library, our hotel offers a prime location for guests seeking comfort and convenience.

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to join our Hilton team. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Pay Rate: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants and housepersons
• Oversee daily operations to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Assess inventory, assign and inspect rooms, and report status to ensure timely and efficient room turnover
• Manage systems, control costs, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and enforce policies and procedures
• Monitor payroll, work schedules, and the lost and found program
• Develop team performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
• Maintain inventory levels for linens and supplies, ensuring stock rooms and carts are well-stocked
• Coordinate with Engineering for repairs and maintenance of guestrooms and public areas
• Conduct room inspections and oversee quality standards
• Recruit, interview, and train new team members
